Prize Bindings

Prize bindings (sometimes also called gift bindings) were awarded to distinguished pupils or organization members upon a variety of occasions. They can be identified by the crest or other mark of the awarding institution, and/or a label inserted in the book noting the date, recipient, and occasion for the prize.
